Authentic – The only way to be

Authenticity is one of the most misunderstood and misused words simply because the majority of people have never met their authentic self.

When people are saying they are authentic, what they are really saying “I am genuine.” Being genuine is far from being authentic.

‘How do I know when I am authentic?’ is exactly the question that took me on a profound journey to the essence of my being and my true purpose.

Authenticity for me means ‘being genuine minus social conditioning.’ By being genuine I mean ‘not pretending that I am someone who I am not.’

Life looks and feels profoundly different once we break through the fog of social conditioning and step into the warm sunlight of our essence.

Exultation of the spirit, described by Deepak Chopra, best describes my feeling of living from my essence. It is my source of infinite energy and ever expanding vision. It is my magnetic compass that guides my intuitive decisions and synchronistic choices for my work in the world.
